Our commitment to accountability, good governance, and transparent operations.
KalaSetu Initiative is a volunteer-led effort that uses arts, culture, education, and community-oriented activities to create positive social impact. This website describes our intent and activities in good faith.
KalaSetu Initiative is not registered with the Government of India, any Indian state, or any other government at this time. We do not represent ourselves as a registered trust, society, company, or other incorporated entity on this site.
If and when volunteer support and governance capacity are sufficient, we may pursue formal registration where appropriate. Any change in status will be published clearly on this page.
Until a formal legal structure exists, decisions are coordinated among volunteers with a commitment to transparency, responsible use of resources, and alignment with the Initiative’s stated mission.
We aim to keep clear records of funds raised and spent as the Initiative grows, and to communicate material updates here.
Donations are voluntary. Because the Initiative is not currently registered as a charitable entity under Indian or other law, donors should not assume tax exemption or official “charitable trust” status unless and until we publish otherwise.
If we later obtain registrations (for example tax or FCRA-related approvals where applicable), we will describe limits and compliance here.
The information provided on this page is for transparency and informational purposes. Details may be updated periodically to reflect volunteer capacity, any future registration, or governance updates.
